EDA awards $975,000 in grants for economic development projects in Idaho in 2023

In 2023, the Economic Development Administration (EDA) issued two grants totaling $975,000 to fund economic development projects in Idaho.

This represents a 97.2% decrease from 2022, when the state received $35,193,352 in funding.

Idaho ranked 46th across the U.S. in total EDA grant funding for 2023. South Carolina topped the list with $30,038,466 in funding across 14 grants.

Valley County received the largest EDA grant for funding an economic development project in the state, totalling $850,000.
