The 2022 Idaho Transition Institute serves as a powerful opportunity for school district and charter teams to connect with resources from partnering Idaho agencies and institutions of higher education offering transition resources and experiences to students with disabilities.
School and community teams can go through the planning process toward developing an annual road map for maximizing transition opportunities and outcomes for the students they serve; while also participating in focused breakout and keynote sessions.
