Yesterday, the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, Idaho ESGR and leadership from the Idaho National Guard awarded Brad Russell from the JR Simplot Company with the Seven Seals Award for meritorious leadership and initiative in support of the men and women who serve America in the National Guard and Reserve.
Sgt. Matthew Gibson, who works for full-time for Russell at JR Simplot and serves part-time in the Idaho Army National Guard, nominated Russell for this award. Gibson wanted to recognize Russell for his immense support going above and beyond showing the JR Simplot Company values employment of Guard members and their lives in and out of the uniform.
