Starting Monday, the Idaho Transportation Department will commence a two-week nighttime project on U.S. Highway 95, north of Athol. The work involves grinding and repaving the center of the highway from Granite Loop Road to Blacktail Road.

The construction will occur every weeknight, beginning at 7 p.m. and concluding by 5 a.m. This schedule aims to minimize disruption by returning traffic to its normal pattern during daytime hours. Overnight flaggers will manage traffic through the work zone using a single, alternating lane to ensure space for crews.

Drivers are advised to anticipate possible delays and use Idaho 511 for planning their routes. Caution is urged for the safety of both drivers and crew members.
