Kootenai County Sheriff announces community coffee event at Buck Knives on April 30

Kootenai County Sheriff Robert B. Norris announced on Apr. 15 that a community event, “Sharp” Conversations and Coffee with Law Enforcement, will take place at Buck Knives in Post Falls on April 30.

The event is designed to give Kootenai County residents an opportunity to meet with local law enforcement leaders, discuss issues affecting the community, and share feedback. Complimentary coffee will be provided by Buck Knives for attendees.

Sheriff Norris, along with the Post Falls Police Chief and members of their administrations, will be present to address concerns from citizens. The organization Choose Local is also scheduled to attend and participate in discussions with the public.

The meeting will be held from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Buck Knives located at 660 S Lochsa St., Post Falls, Idaho. All Kootenai County citizens are encouraged to attend.

In a statement included in the announcement, Norris said he looks forward to connecting with community members during this outreach effort.
