All 500,000 tickets for the Idaho Lottery’s 2025 $1,000,000 Raffle have sold out, ending the game ahead of schedule. The final ticket was purchased on December 11, marking the eighteenth time the raffle has sold out and the eleventh occasion it has done so before Christmas.

This year’s raffle offered two top prizes of $1 million each, along with additional prizes of $100,000 and $50,000. According to Andrew Arulanandam, Idaho Lottery Director: “We want to remind everyone this game features two, one-million-dollar top prizes. Last year, unfortunately, one of those $1,000,000 prizes was never claimed. So, please keep your tickets in a safe place and remember to go online and check them after the drawing.”

The winning numbers will be announced at 5:59 p.m. Mountain Time on December 29. The announcement will be broadcast live on KTVB News Channel 7 in Treasure Valley; KMVT Channel 11 in Magic Valley; KPVI News 6 in eastern Idaho; and KLEW 3 in northern Idaho. Players can also check their numbers at idaholottery.com or by using retail locations and the Check-a-Ticket app.

Arulanandam added: “Idaho Raffle tickets are popular holiday gifts. So, this year, two lucky Idahoans could be instant millionaires because of their stocking stuffers!”

Beyond the main prizes, there are more than 21,500 other awards ranging from $15 up to $100,000. The game included twenty mid-game prizes of $1,000 for players who bought certain milestone tickets as well as daily promotional winners during early sales days. Players are encouraged to manually verify their tickets for these promotional awards by visiting idaholottery.com.

Prizes of $1,000 or more must be claimed at Lottery offices in Boise within 180 days following the draw announcement.

Proceeds from this year’s raffle generated over $1.7 million for beneficiaries such as Idaho public schools and buildings.

The Lottery also reminds participants that only individuals aged 18 or older may purchase or redeem lottery products.

Several $1,000 promotional winning tickets remain unclaimed; details can be found on idaholottery.com.
