The average VA Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loan (IRRRL) amount in Idaho during the second quarter of fiscal year 2025 was $431,230, according to the Veterans Affairs Home Loans Index.

The average VA IRRRL amount in Idaho for the first quarter of 2025 was $431,208, reflecting an increase of approximately 0% from the previous quarter.

The VA assists service members, veterans and eligible surviving spouses to achieve homeownership through loans provided by banks and mortgage companies.

A portion of the loan is guaranteed by the VA, which allows the lender to provide better rates.
